    2月5日に宿泊しました。老舗感があり部屋からの景観もよかったです。ローマ風呂も素晴らしかったです。バイキング料理の種類がもう少しあるとよかったかな

    久々の大野屋、ローマ風呂、家族風呂の充実度、熱海の湯は大満足です。飲み放題時、特別純米酒があり日本酒好きな私は十分堪能しました。

    60歳女性2人で利用しました。 ローマ風呂、サウナは、広々開放感で、大変満足でした。 源泉の、貸切風呂は、24時間も、良かったです。 食事は、ほとんどのお皿が空っぽで、プランの寿司は、最後に出てちょっとホッとした程度でした。 お部屋は、和洋室で、広々、海も桜も見えて、とても良かったです。 近いうちに、また、行きます。

    1人泊で何度かお世話になっておりますが今回はオーシャンビューのお部屋を頂きまして最高でした。食事についてはお値段を考えたらありがたいものなのかなと思いますが後10分15分欲しいです。2月には熱海梅園散策に行くので姉と二人の予約わ入れさせて頂きました。お風呂サウナ 水風呂最高です。

    東館で部屋は大きく、眺望もよかった。ただし掃除が行き届かず四隅に白い埃がたまっていた。清潔感がないのが残念。 家族ぶろを楽しみにしていたが、脱衣所の隅が汚く気分を害した。風呂そのものは良くゆったりできた。 もう一つ重要なことは、富士の国元気旅のクーポンをA4サイズのものをいただいたが、熱海市内ではそのクーポンの紙は全く使えない。スマートフォンでQRコードを読み取り、パスワードを設定、チャージして初めて使えるというややこしいもの。お店に助っ人をお願いしても人不足で無理と言われる。お年寄りには使わせないのかと言いたくなるクーポン。これで地域の活性化にどう結びつくのか、お役人仕事そのもので、早急に改めていただきたい
