Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 16/08/2022家族で宿泊しました。 海水浴目的だったので海が近くて良かったです。コンビニも近くにあり立地は良かったです。 宿の従業員の方々が全員対応が素晴らしく、気持ちよく過ごせました。 お部屋も清潔で掃除が行き届いていましたし、お料理もボリューム満点で美味しかったです。 また熱海を訪れる際は来たいと思いました。 1つ思ったのが、乾燥機があれば海水浴後に便利かなと思いました。 初めての熱海でしたが、気持ちよく過ごせて満足でした。

7月23日一泊で利用しました。 部屋食が豪華で大満足です。 温泉も湯質が良く、お肌つるつるになりました。 脱衣所にウォーターサーバーが有れば良いなと思いました。 施設は新しくないですが、手入れは良かったです。

みかんの木さんのご事情で本店となる同じ熱海の湯の花膳さんに宿泊となりました。速やかに手配頂きありがとうございます。みかんの木さんに以前2泊させて頂き、そのお料理の素晴らしさとお部屋で食べられる快適さにすっかりハマり今回の予約となりましたが、湯の花膳さんもお料理、お心遣い、そして窓からの景色と最高の時間を過ごさせて頂きました。是非また主人が休めた時は伺います。今度は2泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

部屋係のひとみさんが、素晴らしかったです。笑顔でとても気持ちが良い接客でした。敷き布団は、頼めば二枚重ねにしてくれるそうです。金目鯛も、口コミどうり、とてもおいしかつたです。難を言えば、館内に、自動販売機がなかつたことぐらいでしょうか。また、機会がありましたら宿泊したいと思います。

接客の対応に大変満足しました。料理は金目鯛の煮付けが目玉だと思いますが、全ての料理に心がこもった感じでとても美味しくいただきました。1番はご飯の美味しさでした。
