Dinner plan featuring creative kaiseki cuisine made with local ingredients [Fresh Kuruma Shrimp] & [Shizuoka-raised A5 Wagyu Beef] from Lake Hamana. Kuruma shrimp is considered the most delicious among shrimp. The name "Kuruma shrimp" originates from the striped pattern on its body and its curled tail, which resembles a wheel when viewed from the side.
