出張での利用です。朝食の鰻丼、美味しかったです。チェックインが遅くなり、ハッピーアワー、大浴場の利用はできなかったのが残念。大浴場を利用できなかったため評価は満足にしていますが、良いホテルだと思います。

Japan|Age: 30s|Business5Posted: 26/09/2023浜松に行く際は良く利用させていただいております。フロントの方が、「いつもご利用ありがとうございます。」と伝えてくれるのが大変嬉しいです。 くれたけ系列のホテルは浜松駅に二つありますが、断然こちらの方がオススメです。何よりも清潔で快適に過ごせます。ビジネスホテルで気になる「水回り」がとっても綺麗です。ユニットバスですが、「黴臭さ」がないです。お風呂カーテンがかび臭いことが良くあるのですが、こちらのホテルはいつ行ってもしないです。また、お風呂の換気扇を見上げてもほこり一つありません。 女性のシングルルームを利用させていただいておりますが、安心快適に過ごせています。有難うございます。 レイトチェックアウトプランがすごくいいです。11：30までゆっくり過ごせます。通常チェックアウト時間の10時を過ぎると清掃が始まるので隣の部屋からガタガタと音がして少しうるさいですが・・ シングルルーム利用の階だからか？廊下の音はほとんどしないです。 チェックアウトの際にフロントに寄らずにボックスか何か置いてもらえると大変助かります。チェックアウト時間はフロントが大変混みますし、フロント階が２階なのでスーツケースをひいて、込み合うエレベーターに何とか乗れても２階でまた並びますし、完了してもそこからまたエレベーターや階段で１階まで下りるのが少ししんどいです。

出張で利用させてもらいました。 普通のプランで予約しましたが、レディースフロアに空きがあるとのことでグレードアップして頂きました。食事なしのプランでしたが駅から近く、周辺でご飯を食べられたので問題なかったです。 大浴場があったので利用しようと思いましたが、夜は時間帯によっては混雑していて洗い場がいっぱいだったので早めに利用した方がいいかもしれません。

家族とライブへ行った際、二人で利用しました。 スタンダードシングルでありますが、ベッドは大きくて二人で寝るに十分な広さでした。 アメニティは基本のシャンプーリンスボディソープなど基本の物以外は、ロビーに備え付けてあり好きな物を貰える様になっており良かったです。 立地は駅からは近いので便利です。 ただ周辺にコンビニが少ないのでやや不便に感じました。
