従業員の対応がとても良いです。 部屋のベットの下にゴミが落ちてた事だけ残念でした。 食べ放題なのにうなぎの蒲焼があって大満足です。 全体的に満足のホテルです。

食事の目玉でもあるすき焼きのお肉がとてもとてもかたくてゴムのようだった。 すき焼きの提供方法にも問題があり、もう少しユーザ視線で考えていただくと良いかと思います。 鰻はと朝食のコッペパンはおいしかったです。 お世話になりました。
