    子どもが大変喜びました。 施設が古いのは否めないですが… プール後の更衣室が臭かったです…シャワーもあまり暖かくならないし…ジャグジーとプールの移動が冬は寒くて子どもが可哀想です。更衣室にコインロッカーも欲しかったです。貴重品が困りました。あと、プールに水鉄砲など持ってきてる子がいていいなと思いました。 でもまた泊まりたい宿なので応援しています。 バイキングは思ったより美味しくて満足です＾＾

    SNSでホテルを知り予約しました。子連れ旅の悪天候でもホテル内で子供も楽しんで過ごせたのでとても良かったです。小さな子供のプールの一部滑りやすくヌルヌルした部分があり危なかったです。また部屋の普段使わない、気づかないであろう襖の上に埃が溜まっていたのが残念でした。フロントで予約したはずの予約が取れておらず伝達ミスであるにも関わらずフロントには責任がないような話ぶりに不快な思いをしました。それさえなければ最高の旅で終われたのに残念でなりません。とは言え事前の部屋の変更対応や滞在中素敵な時間を日中過ごさせて頂いたのでまた子供がもう少し大きくなった時利用したいと思いました。

    宿泊日が雨でアニマルキングダムは諦め早めにチェックインをしたのですが、１日遊べるのでここのホテルにして本当によかったです！！子供達はまだまだ遊び足りなく、もっと遊びたい感じでした(笑) ご飯は海鮮多めです！いくらがあったら子供も大喜びでもっと良かったかなぁ(笑)食事会場が広すぎず、取りに行きやすくよかったです!子供用の箸があったのもよかったです! 温泉も広く、温度もそんなに高くなかったので、子供達もしっかりお風呂につかってくれたので、私もゆっくりお風呂に入れてよかったです。 お部屋の空調がもっと調節出来るようになるといいなと思いました！ 子連れには本当にいいホテルでした！！ また来たいと思いました！

    眺望なしの部屋でしたが、ウッドデッキから少しだけ見えました。 子供（小学2年）は、プールに大喜び。当日は少し寒く、ジャングルプール一角の温泉？は、暖かくて大人は助かりました。バイキングも種類が豊富で、珍しく息子も、自分で取りに行って楽しんでいました。 プールの床が滑りやすく、走ってはいなかったけれど、息子は二回滑りました。プールサイドの大人も滑っていました。 スタッフさんも感じが良く、次回は眺望ありのお部屋に泊まってみたいです。

    夕飯も朝飯もバイキングで海鮮がとても美味しかったです。 お部屋は露天風呂付きにしました。 とても楽しめました。
