食事のレベルが残念です。 部屋の雰囲気やイメージの演出なのか薄暗く、備え付けの家電が色も雰囲気もマッチしていない。せっかくの立派な梁や柱・壁が生かされていない様に感じる。 天井が高いので室内温度の調整が追いつかない。 そして、布団一枚では寒くて寝つけない。 アジアンテイストの演出なのか、東南アジア系のスタッフが非常に多い。それが悪いとは思わないが、会話が通じないところがある。 心付けを出そうとは思えなかった....。
富岳と遜色ない素晴らしい宿、あえて選ぶなら、富士山を見るなら富岳、夕日を見るなら琵琶。常連ではないが、以前にサービスをしてくださった方々が覚えていてくださるなど、ゲストを大切にする姿勢も素晴らしいです。また伺います。ああ、こちらには、貸し切り露天風呂(脱衣場にコーヒー牛乳があり、懐かしく、久々に飲みました)もあり、眺めも気持ち良かったです。

この度は、お世話になりましてありがとうございました。 1泊目はあいにくの空模様で海景色も雨に霞んでおりましたが、 2日目はお天気も回復し、静かな土肥湾と綺麗な夕暮れも楽しむことが出来ました。 立地眺望良好、お部屋・温泉露天等も雰囲気良く、設備アメニティも充実。 何より心に残ったのは、スタッフの皆様の落ち着いて控えめな和やかな接客でした。 御蔭様で心穏やかな時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 1泊目の朝食は特に印象深く、美味しく心に沁みるお食事でした。 お食事処で担当頂いた素敵なスタッフさん、どうぞお元気で幸多い毎日を過ごされます様に願っております。 西伊豆は初めての訪問でしたが、穏やかで静かな良い所ですね。 「無雙庵 枇杷」の皆様の御蔭で、楽しく思い出深い良き休日旅行になりました。
