Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)3Posted: 20/03/2023一番残念だったのは、サプライズでお願いしたケーキを、サプライズ相手にわからないようにと隠れてフロントに会計に行ったにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時に更に請求され、相手にバレてしまったこと。勿論ダブル請求された金額は返金していただいたのですが、相手に金額が分かってしまい大変残念でした。

せっかく立地、お部屋、お食事が素晴らしいのにフロントのスタッフの方がもう少しホスピタリティを学ぶ必要を感じました。雨でも傘はないし、おもてなしお見送りはないです。浴衣は子供たちも選べて素敵なのに身長を聞かれあなたはサイズを選んでくださいと男性のスタッフに言われるのは女性的に気分はあまりいいものではないかと思います。せっかくサイズを豊富にしてるならば張り出して参考サイズを明記してこれ見て選んでくださいにすればいいのに。ちょっとあなたはこのサイズで選んでくださいと言われる宿は初めてで、→土肥界隈でいろんな宿にとまりましたが、これは初めて。 男性フロントは女性スタッフよりホスピタリティスキル求められると思いますよ。 お部屋のTVは気づかないくらい不思議な場所にあったし、部屋の露天風呂のところはシャンプー類禁止で、ユニットバスとトイレと洗面台は一緒になっていて一人暮らしのお風呂みたいでした。 物理的な部分は少し不便だとしても、受け付けのホスピタリティが素敵だったら気にならなかったかと思います。大浴場は空いていたし、お食事もおいしく、子供たちへの配慮もあったので。→やけどしないような配置で焼き物をおいてくださったり配膳スタッフの方は機敏で素晴らしかったです。 子供たちは間違いなく家族割はコスパよすぎるくらいよすぎです。 大人だけで見たらコストパフォーマンスはいい。スタッフのホスピタリティはコストがかからない改善ポイントなはずだからこれがよくなれば、印象はだいぶ違うと思います。

１良かったこと ・アワビの踊り焼きと舟盛りを期待して予約しました。実際その通りで満足でした ・夕日も少し雲がありましたが、きれいに見ることができました。・宿の従業員の方も親切な対応でした ・大浴場は、ほぼ貸切り状態でのんびりと入りました ２イマイチだったこと ・宿へ入る道と駐車場が分かりにくかった 大きな案内板が欲しいです ・部屋付の露天風呂の目隠し板が小さくかつダサいので、護岸工事の人や散歩の人に見えそうだと、妻は嫌がっていました 海の眺望を優先したのでしょうが、もうひと工夫してほしいです ・部屋のテレビが小さく変な位置に取付けられていて、ゆったりと見れません 当日ＷＢＣだったのでゆったり観戦したかった ・無料のドリンクはありましたが、もう少しクオリティアップするか、部屋にコーヒーのドリップパックがあると良かった

可もなく不可もなくでした 確かにベランダに露天風呂って感じでしたね、丁度目の前の海岸で護岸工事をやっていたのが残念でした。ホテル全体は古めかしくなっていてん？？でしたが室内はキレイにリフォームされてましたのは良かったですが部屋の鍵が閉めづらかったです。それとエレベーターが動作が遅く古いのかな？と 食事は豪華て大変美味しかったです。接客も良かったと思います。

とても広いお部屋で大変満足出来ました。せっかくの露天風呂付き客室でしたが、ちょっと寒かったので、大浴場を利用しましたが、ちょうど貸切で、夕陽が綺麗で、最高の時間でした。 また食事も朝夕ともに部屋食で、量、質ともに大満足でした。夕飯にいただいた桜エビの釜飯、香りも味も、とても美味しかったです。 ただ朝からトイレのウォシュレットが壊れてしまうハプニングがありましたが、お詫びの品物まで用意していただき、かえって申し訳なかったです。その心遣い、とても嬉しかったです。 とても良い時間を過ごさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。
