[About off-grid system] WEAZER Nishiizu is a facility that utilizes the off-grid residential module "WEAZER". Off-grid is a term that describes a state that is independent of existing infrastructure such as electricity and water, and is self-sufficient in electricity and water. As the name implies, the guest rooms of this facility are not connected to electricity, water supply, or gas. In addition, the special purifying equipment does not generate sewage drainage, so there is no damage to the environment around the facility. An EV (electric vehicle) will pick you up between our facility and the dinner venue, LOQUAT Nishi-Izu. [Dinner] ～Blessings of soil, water and sunshine in Nishi-Izu surrounded by mountains and seas～ I want to contribute to the region with "food" by making Italian food where you can enjoy the taste of the raw ingredients in the place. With that in mind, we will express the land of Nishi-Izu precisely because it is a colorful dish that uses fresh ingredients. [Breakfast] -Takeru Quindici- × -So Okuda's Ida salt- For breakfast, we offer miso soup using Ida salt made with wood-fired salt, and sea bream sashimi using "LOQUAT's secret dashi soy sauce". -What is Ida salt- Ida, Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, overlooking Mt. “Okudaso Ida Salt” is slowly made with wood-fired seawater, which is rich in minerals and cultivated in the area, until it turns into beautiful crystals. With its umami flavor that brings out the full potential of the ingredients, Ida salt is recognized as an ingredient that is highly regarded by the chef industry, such as being handled by Japanese restaurants and high-end sushi restaurants in Tokyo. It is used as one of the important ingredients to make the foundation. [Seasonal gelato] At SANTi, we do not have a fixed menu, but instead purchase the most delicious seasonal ingredients from nearby producers as much as possible and deliver them to our gelato.
