Guests who request cleaning should present their cleaning ticket on the hallway side of the door by 10:00 AM. - There is no cleaning fee. - For rooms that will not be cleaned during your stay, towels will be replaced and trash will be collected at the doorknob (on the hallway side) every day. In addition, as a thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a smart stay, we will give you a beer (and other drinks available) voucher in the same bag as the towel replacement bag. - To replenish your toothbrushes, razors, body towels, etc., please bring whatever you like from the amenity buffet corner in the 1st floor lobby. - Beer vouchers will not be provided for rooms that require cleaning.
