    リニューアルされ、とても綺麗な部屋。 しかし、大人(家族)4人ではこの部屋のサイズは小さい。4人分の布団を敷くと、部屋いっぱい。ファンヒーターの炎のすぐ近くに布団が。火を消さざるを得なかった。   接客について。 レセプションもフロントも対応はとても気持ちよく、チェックイン時も半個室に通され、抹茶とお菓子のもてなしは嬉しかった。 食事について。 質も量も満足だが、「アレルギー」への配慮について。 初日の夕食では、メニューに含まれるアレルゲンについて丁寧に確認していただけたが、翌日の朝食に出された温泉卵について、『生卵アレルギーがあるので、火を通して対応してほしい』とお願いしたところ、係の女性が『前もって言ってくれないと、急に言われても困る』と、つれないことばと表情。驚いた。前もって全てのメニュー・材料を確認できるわけもなし。 目玉焼きにしていただけのたが・・、 他の宿では経験したことのない、とても残念な対応だった。 温泉の泉質など、その他はとても気に入っているのだが、その点だけが残念。

    非常に楽しく、美味しく、素晴らしい旅館でした。次は、ヒレステーキのプランで、伺いたいです。ありがとうございました。

    紅葉シーズンも終わりに近い11月後半に宿泊しました。昨年の11月に続いて2回目です。温泉のお湯が最高! 寒暖差じんましんがある私でも痒みがでる事なく優しい肌触りのお湯で、湯上がり後もしっとりお肌が実感できます。 去年以上に多くのお客さんで賑わっていましたが、女将さんはじめスタッフ皆さんの笑顔でのおもてなしに心身ともに癒されました。 また紅葉シーズンに伺いたいです。

    白濁湯で癒されました。また宿までの道はもみじを中心とした紅葉でとても快適でした。 宿の皆さんも親切で、料理も最高でした。 ただし、露天風呂は宿から離れたところにあり、やや不便かな。

    良かった点 ・料理が品数豊富で、美味しかった。 ・部屋のも丁寧に手入れされており、過ごしやすかった。 改善してほしい点 ・襖の紙が一部剥がれているので簡単な修繕で対応可能かと思うので直してほしい。 ・ワインが好きなのですが、料理に合うワインがなかった。 できれば刺身や塩辛、しゃぶしゃはは甲州種のワインに合わせたかった。 ・風呂の床が木で常時水に濡れているのでしょうがないと思うが、腐っている箇所や汚れが取りきれていなかった。

A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations and changes in the number of people depending on the date. Also, if the number of people decreases, the accommodation fee for that number of people will be applied.

(Example) If the number of people decreases from 3 to 2 on the previous day, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. In addition, the difference in accommodation charges for 3 to 2 people will be added. Please be forewarned.

Breakfast time is from 8:00, but please contact us in advance if you plan to leave early. Please let us know in advance if you would like to check out early in the morning or late at night.

[Bath tax] According to the Nasushiobara city tax ordinance, from December 1, 2020, the accommodation fee will be revised to 200 yen for accommodation under 10,000 yen, 250 yen for accommodation between 10,001 and 20,000 yen, and 350 yen for accommodation over 20,001 yen.
