Japan|Age: 20s|Family with kid(s)3Posted: 20/03/2023お部屋はとても広くてのびのび過ごせました！！夕食もすごく豪華で満足です。ですが、客室のお風呂の底に砂の山があったりりしていつから掃除してないんだろうと思う人は思います。朝のバイキング時はプレートに汚れがついてたりなどしました。接客はとても良かったですがそういったところは改善した方がよろしいと思います。

離れの貸切風呂が魅力的でした

食事は他の口コミ見て少し不安もありましたが、とてもおいしく種類も多く大変満足です！ あけびのお風呂もゆっくりできてよかったです。 ただ部屋の窓が汚かったのと、トイレの便座がオシッコの跡があり汚かったのは残念でした。

部屋は明るくいい感じだったけれど、天井に蜘蛛の巣が。。。あと、他の方の口コミにもあったが、敷布団が1枚で次の日背中が痛かった(T_T)スタッフの対応もとても良い。お風呂も綺麗だったが、食事はイマイチ。お肉も美味しくなかったなぁ。
