It is a complete reservation system until 23:59 the day before. Japan|Age: 60s|Solo5Posted: 30/01/2023①鯛づくしの夕食料理は美味しかったです。さすが鳴門！！ ②ホテルスタッフの対応も他所と比較しても優れた感じを受けました。 ③フロントからエレベーター乗り場への経路で、生け簀のところを通りますが、生臭空気に閉口する人が結構いるかもです。 ④夜間 大鳴門橋を徳島市内に向かう 車の明かりの流れが景観的に良かったと思います。

海沿いの大鳴門橋が望める立地で、大塚美術館まで徒歩ですぐだし、鳴門公園の遊歩道も至近です。 夕食は系列ホテルに送迎でビュッフェでしたが、お料理も美味しく送迎もスムーズでスタッフの方の対応も良かったです。 朝食はこぢんまりした和定食で海鮮や地元の食材を期待していたので粗末でイマイチでした。 お風呂は絶景が望める最上階にあるけど、温泉ではないみたいです。 全国旅行支援で割安に泊まれたのでコスパの高い宿泊でしたが、フロントの対応は田舎の距離感近めな雑な対応なので、ホスピタリティは期待できません。

会席料理は鯛尽くしで、品数も豊富で、どれもとても美味しかったです。特にお造りは新鮮で、どの種類のお造りも非常に美味でした。普段味わえない料理を堪能出来たので、会席プランを選んで大正解でした。

家族3人で利用しましたが、エクストラベッドを置いても尚、広々とした室内で、角部屋で海も見えて、とても良かったです。ただ、角部屋だからかWi-Fiは繋がりにくかったです。あと、シャンプーやドライヤーなど、HPに記載されていないアメニティも充実していたので、もう少し詳しく記載していただけると有り難いです。 夕食のバイキングは、鳴門ならではの食事が充実していて、種類も豊富で、とても美味しく頂きました。送迎の方も親切でした。朝食も盛り沢山で、朝から大満足になりました。 従業員の方も皆さん感じが良く、楽しい一時を過ごす事が出来ました。機会があればまたお世話になりたいです。

go toもあってとてもお手頃価格で利用することが出来ました。アレルギー対応の配慮も完璧です。お料理も文句なし。美味しい！みんなにオススメします！

フロントの方、丁寧でしたが、いかんせん1人しかいないので、チェックインも外出、戻りの際の鍵の受渡しも時間がかかりました。 夕食は数百メートル離れたグランドホテルのブッフェを利用しました。出来立てを提供する姿勢がとても良かったです。 料理が出来た時にマイクでお知らせとスタッフ合いの手があるのですが、合いの手は若干違和感があったので、マイクだけで十分かと思いました。 ソフトドリンク飲み放題は有料（しかも1人750円と高め）だったのが残念でした。 朝食は一階のレストランでお弁当をいただきました。子供向けと大人向けがあったのですが、小学生の朝食が大人向け仕様だったので、ウチは子供向け仕様の方が良かったです。
