Japan|Age: 60s|Solo4Posted: 14/03/20233月3日に宿泊しました。 全館禁煙が多い中、喫煙ルームがあるのは非常にありがたかったです。 立地も良く移動が楽でした。 残念なのは朝食付きで予約したが、実際は朝食プランは存在しなかったこと。 ホテル側は朝食プランはだいぶ前に廃止したとのことで、楽天トラベルの 予約サイトの情報更新が遅いのかなと感じました。

早めの15時頃にチェックイン。 まずフロントにスタッフおらず、中々チェックインできない。 同じ階の部屋から犬の鳴き声が響き渡っていた。ペット可のホテルなのか？ 確認はしませんでしたがおそらく不可だと思います。 部屋はホコリだらけ、部屋の壁や天井にはシミが沢山。なぜそんな所につくのか不思議なくらいな場所に着いていた。 血が飛び散ったのかと不安になるくらい。 チェックイン時間が早く部屋が明るかったので余計に目についたのか。。。 清掃はきっちりしてほしいです。

写真詐欺です。 サイトに載ってる写真はとても綺麗だと思い予約しました。 ですが実際行ってみると、鏡や机はとても汚く、ほこりは溜まっているし お風呂は赤カビがありエアコンは付かない。 2名で泊まったのにスリッパは1人分。 とにかく不潔にも程があります。 ほこりっぽいのに換気も出来ず とても不愉快でした。 前日確認の為、電話をしましたが態度が悪く、不審に思っていましたが案の定でした。二度と泊まりません。
