    今回、ここの朝食と前の温泉が良いと言って、知人が初めてここのホテルに宿泊しました。 部屋も綺麗で、温泉も喜んでました。 が、朝食会場の団体の学生のホテルの対応で一般客を無視してる対応に怒りが収まらない状況で呆れてました。 はっきり言って、わざわざ紹介して宿泊してもらったのに、ホテルに顔を潰されました。 自分も今でも怒りがおさまりません。 今後、他の客を一切巻き込まないように、シッカリ対策求む||

    今回受け入れていた学生のスポーツ部の団体客、受け入れるのは構わないが、朝の朝食会場は一般客と重ならないように時間を6時からとかにして営業して6時30分前には退室してもらうべきだ| オープンの6時30分前に言ったら、その学生達の列。その学生たちで入れない譲許。 ここのホテルは通常、ビジネス客が中心。他の客を完全に無視。 スポーツ系の学生なら食べ盛りで、通常の小さなカレー皿では当然足りなく何度もお代わりするから列もたえないし、いつまでも退室しない。 あと、いつも焼きたてパンでまだ少し暖かく種類も豊富だが、今回は冷たく種類も減らして対応してたみたいで。朝食が楽しみでわざわざここのホテルに宿泊してるのに、それもガッカリ。 一般客でビジネスの方が食事も出来なく仕方なく出勤して行く客を何人確認しましたか?凄く可哀そうでした。 利益の為に今回みたいに団体を受け入れる事には文句も無いけど、限られた時間の中で予定して行動してるのだから一般客を巻き込む事は絶対にやめて欲しい。そして、今回みたいな団体が居る時は二度と宿泊しないので、予約後に必ず連絡確認して欲しい。 今回、事前に何の告知も無く、チェックイン時にも何の説明が無いのはホテルの不手際。朝から非常に気分が悪かったので評価を厳しくしました。

    音がうるさくて全く眠れなかった。 机の下の方(Wi-Fiルーター?)から高周波音のような音がずっとしてして、しばらくしたら鳴らなくなるかと思ってましたが、全く鳴り止まず。 寝る時になってから気づいたので、フロントにも連絡できず、耳栓しても音が気になって眠れなかった。

    朝から食堂で、手ぶくろつけてないとか、通路はこっちからとか、ギャンギャンいわれて、せっかくの休日が台無しになった。もう少し、柔らかい言い方が出来ないのかね。言い方ひとつで、とらえ方は変わるのに。

    大浴場が徒歩数分の場所にある健康ランドで晴れていたから利用出来たが雨が降っていたら利用するのを躊躇してしまう距離。 大浴場有りの記載に徒歩数分などの説明を希望します。 他は特に気になるところは無く駐車場も広く良かったと思う。
