    立地条件は非常に便利です、古い建物にしては清掃がしっかりされています 朝ご飯もシンプルですが美味しかったですす。

    無料なので文句は言えないが、連泊となると朝食は種類が少ない。

    安かったので出張で２泊しました。建物は古いが清掃が行き届いており設備等で気になる点はありませんでした。部屋の電話が今時珍しいダイヤル式であったのがびっくり。また、ドアがオートロックではないため、食事などちょっとした外出時にかけ忘れ注意です。駅近のため電車の音は結構聞こえますが、気になるほどではなかったです。 朝食については品数は少ないですが、あとゆで玉子（御飯があるので生卵でもOK）があれば合格だと思います。食後のコーヒーが部屋に持ち込めるのも良かったです。 また機会があれば利用したいです。

    駅や国技館から近く、相撲観時に利用しています。 配管の水の音が大きく、よく眠れなかったのが残念。
