    赤羽で昔の上司同僚と昼飲みした時に飲み過ぎたうえに電車の遅延で前橋に帰ることは困難と思い、急遽お世話になりました。 久しぶりのサウナ＆カプセルホテル泊。 良いもんです。 翌日はスッキリして、上野で昼飲みしました。

    フロントからすぐに風呂、サウナが同じフロアにあるのがいいね。ロッカーも同じフロアなので大事なものをすぐにロッカーにしまえる。場所は地下鉄やJRから微妙に距離がある。
