Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 30/03/2023春の家族旅行で利用しました。 食事は量も品数も多く、大満足で楽しめました。 気になったのは部屋のエアコンと、部屋のドアノブです。 エアコンは入れると、列車が通過している様な音が聞こえ眠らないので仕方なくスイッチを切りました。 ドアノブは握るとぐらつき緩んでいます。

3月28日に宿泊しました。平日限定のプランでしたが、夕食・朝食とも品数が多くて頑張って完食しました（笑） 部屋のトイレに手洗い箇所が無くて洗面所で洗う事と洗面所にタオル掛けが無い事以外は広い部屋でした。スタッフの皆さんが大変てきぱきと笑顔で動いておられて気持ち良く過ごさせていただきました。

客数が３年前に戻ったが、従業員数が戻っていないので、その分サービスが低下していた ２年ほどずっと大部屋だったが、久しぶりの標準の部屋はトイレが狭いにもかかわらず、扉が内向きのため余計に狭く感じた
