    まず、スタッフはいいひとなんですが、気が回らない。 少し早く14時30分に来館したのですが、あまりの暑さに喉が渇いたと伝えると、自動販売機を薦められる（この大旅館なのに自販機が1箇所しかないのにも驚いた。周辺のコンビニまで徒歩10分かかる）、にもかかわらず、15時からウェルカムドリンクの提供が始まり、声かけもない。それ、あるなら教えてくれよ... 大浴場の案内も、大浴場は2階にあるが、宿泊館と別棟なため一度一階から回り込まなければならない。それはいいとして、入館時に説明してくれよ...場所がわからん... 部屋は、老舗なのでしかたないが、老朽化が進んでおり、特にソファはもう少し中綿を補充しておいてほしいところ。洗面所も部屋にあるが、かなりタイトなスペース。2人は同時に使えない。トイレも、部屋のを使うより共同の方が使いやすい。あと、部屋に向かうまでに30センチくらいの段差が廊下にあるので足の悪い方は要注意。 夕食のハーフバイキングは概ね満足だが、それほど多種多様な料理があるわけではない。ポイントは、ステーキ肉をシェフが焼いてくれる。蟹が食べ放題。の2点。あとはしじみ汁やお米は美味しいものを使っている。 朝食は膳でご飯と味噌汁がおかわり自由。これも概ね満足。 最後に、これでスタッフに対する印象が一気に悪くなったのだが、2つ。 一つは、入湯税。これ、チェックインの時に徴収してくれ。チェックアウトで急いでる時に「あ、入湯税かかるんですよ」じゃねーんだよ。 あとひとつは、バスに乗るため地図をもらったが、死ぬほどわかりにくい。結論、道を間違えた。 街ぐるみで使ってる、ホテルが一番端にあるわかりにくい地図を使わないでくれ。それぐらい自作できるだろう。そういう手間を惜しんでいるから客が温泉と金額だけの目当てになるんだ。

    夫婦と小学生の子どもで利用。 レンタカーで行きました。 館内スタッフは、丁寧に案内してくれて、感じが良かった。 食事は、会席料理を頂きました。実は、コチラのミスで、バイキングに変更したかったのですが、定員の関係で、叶いませんでした。　しかし、電話での問い合わせの時、丁寧な説明が有ったので、諦められたのですが、チェックインの時まで、料理の変更が出来なかったことを気に掛けていただくなど、非常に誠意有る対応でした。 建物は、それなりに年季の入った所は有りますが、問題はありません。 目の前の海で遊んだり、付属のプールも利用できるし、さらには大浴場もユックリ浸かれて良かった。 観光も良いですが、良い宿に泊まれるのも楽しみの一つです。 ありがとうございました。
