    フロントは明るく気持ちの良い対応で期待しましたが、旅行支援のクーポンが使える店が近くで2店舗、行きたい店舗は貸し切りとなっていました。 ホテル全体　通路も暗く、怖かったです。洗濯機2台に対し、乾燥機が1台？　あり得ません。 どれだけ待ったか。浴槽は汚れていてシミが付いていました。入りませんでした。 朝食は皆さんのコメントにあるように特に洋食は改善の余地があると思います。他のビジネスホテルと比べたら雲泥の差があります。 もうリピートする事はないです。せっかくの旅行でモチベーションが下がってしまいました。

    朝食はブッフェにした方が良いが、部屋は広く、近隣には飲食店が多くあり車で行くならお薦め。 建物が全体的に古いが、価格も安いので、熊野三社巡りには都合がよい。。 機会あれば次回はイルカを食べに行きたい。

    2/26宿泊しました。スタッフさんの対応がとても丁寧で、すれ違うと挨拶をきちんとしてくれます。早朝出発となり朝食は頂けませんでしだ、朝早くご苦労様ですと労いのお言葉も頂き、気持ちよく出発する事ができました。新宮出張の際は、また利用させて頂きます。
