孫と宿泊しましたが、クアハウス、大浴場、食事と全て大満足でした。 シニア夫婦や小さな子供連れファミリーには最適と思います。 ホテルスタッフ、食事処スタッフ共に大変良く教育されていて気持ち良く宿泊する事が出来ました。 孫が変お気に入りなので、また利用させて頂きます。

1/26に宿泊しました。 アドベンチャーワールドからの距離も近く、じっくり堪能してから向かうことができました。 お部屋はキッズルームのようなスペースもあって、おもちゃで遊べて1歳の子供も楽しそうでした。 部屋の露天風呂も小ぶりではありましたが、子供が立って入れるぐらいの深さでよかったです。 おむつやおしりふきの他にも食事エプロンやお風呂の子供イスやバンボなどがあってありがたかったです。 ただ大人用のアメニティが化粧水やクレンジングなどが部屋になくて、あると信じて持ってこなかったことを後悔しました。 サービスに関しては、案内係の方が外国人だったのもあってか非常口の案内もなければ部屋の温泉のお湯の張り方などの説明などもなかったのでもう少し説明が欲しかったです。 もしくは部屋に案内の紙などがあるとありがたいです。 あと、個人的には食後のデザートを出してもらう際に食べ終わった食器は全て下げていただけると嬉しいなーと思いました。 朝食の男性のスタッフはとても親切で部屋に食事エプロンを忘れた際に代わりになるようにと紙ナプキンをくださったりと心配りがありがたかったです。 いろいろと書きましたが総合的に旅行支援で3万ちょいでおまけに6000円分のクーポンももらって、部屋に露天風呂がついていて子供にも優しく大満足の旅行でした。

夕ご飯のお肉が少なすぎる点と減退的にボリュームがない点のでお酒の値段をもう少し安くしてくれると満足したかも？また和室の部屋のテレビが小さすぎる点とシャワ室だけあると評価アップできたと思います。 スタッフの対応は、いいのでそこは満足できますよ。

お料理も美味しいクワハウスも楽しく利用させて頂きましたが、部屋が人数に対して狭かったのと3部屋のうち1部屋がタバコ臭が気になり不快を感じました。
