Japan|Age: 70s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 18/09/2023玄関先でのお迎えに十分なスタッフがおり、車の駐車を預けるサービスで助かりました。 スタンダードプランなのに10畳から12畳にグレードアップして頂き家族４人でゆっくり休めました。 部屋の照明も天井全面が明るくて気分が良かったです。（日本人は明るい方が好きです。） エアコン、空気清浄機もありテレビ画面サイズも満足出来ました。（グレードアップ効果かもしれません） 食事は若い中居さんが対応していただき、タイ出身の方の日本語が上手でした。 食事の内容は、山形牛で良かったのですが、その他の刺身などのお造りのサイズが小さくガッカリでした。 大風呂が夜間の時間制限が無く何度も通えて満喫出来ました。

コーヒーをサービスするエリアはあったが時間が限定されていたし、室内へコーヒーの用意がなかったのは残念。 浴室に、湯上り用の水が欲しかった。

温泉はとろりとしていてあたたかい化粧水のようです。 接客は適度な距離感と気遣いが心地よい。 食事は特に朝ごはんがよかった。上品でなんというか「ちょうどよい」おいしさがあります。 過剰なものは何もないけれど、品があって落ち着く、そんなお宿でした。

部屋のお風呂や足湯からの眺めが良かった。 部屋のお風呂は、1人で入るには、十分の広さです。 料理も美味しくお酒がすすみました。 何より、ホッとする接客が１番でした。 また、利用したい宿の１つとなりました。

7月24日に宿泊しました。食事が大変おいしく、量も味もとても満足しました。山形は日本酒がおいしいと聞いたので、日本酒の見比べセットの様なメニューがあると嬉しかったです。平日だったので宿泊の方はあまり多くなかったと思いますが、大浴場で小団体の方に遭遇し、浴室が狭く洗い場の数が少なく感じました。部屋のお風呂が温泉だったので、夜と朝2度入浴しました。山形を訪れたらまた利用したいと思いました。

Junior high school students and above are charged as adults. Elementary school upper grades (4-6 years) 70%. Elementary school lower grades (1st to 3rd grade) 50%.
Infants (under 3 years old) are 1100 yen as a facility usage fee. Additional futon will be charged 1650 yen.
Only junior high school students and above are allowed to use Suibatei.
Free pick-up service from JR Kaminoyama Onsen Station is available from 14:30 to 18:00.
