    仲居さん方が幼い印象がありました。お若い方が多いようですが、年齢のことではなく接客態度や言葉遣いについてです。預けた荷物の持ち運び方に丁寧さが感じられない、廊下をだるそうに歩いている、謝ってくださる時に目を見てもらえない、など気になる部分が多くありました。 食事とお風呂を楽しみに来ているのはもちろんですが、決して安くない料金を払うのは、一流のサービスを期待しているからです。 今後改善いただけることを願います。
