    全面畳張りで、裸足で歩けるのがよかったです。 でも玄関が狭いので、靴の脱ぎ履きをゆっくりできなかったです。 全体的に趣があって古き良き旅館という感じだったけど、古かったり汚かったりしなくて、とても快適でした。 部屋にお風呂はついていないし、お風呂も最大5人までくらいしか入れなかったけど、いいお湯でした。 今回はスキーに行きましたが、スキー場まで歩くと少し大変でした。 スキー場までの送迎バスもあるそうですが、3日前までの完全予約制とのこと。もう少し柔軟に送迎してほしいし、チェックインのときにでも案内してほしかったです。 旅館の前の階段に雪が山になって積もったまま凍っていました。地域柄仕方のないことかもしれませんが、階段の面が凍って山になっていたり、斜めになっていたりして危ないと思いました。

    チェックインの際にお風呂が壊れてると言われた。 提携先へ送迎はしてもらえたが、時間の制限あり。 最終的には復旧していたのに説明もなかった。

    良いお宿だとは思いますが、いくら正月とはいえ、料金と全く見合ってないというのが率直な感想。 お風呂は風情はあるが暗くて狭い、部屋も狭くて景観もなし、夕食は良かったですが、朝食は冷めたおかずが多くてかなり残念。朝食の手抜き感はとてもガッカリでした。 旅館のスタッフの方々の対応は皆さん親切で良かったです。
