    3月18日に孫と３人で宿泊しました。料理は美味しかったです。でも孫は、風呂上がりに牛乳を飲むのを楽しみにしていましたが、自動販売機もなくて、外の販売機で購入して下さいと、従業員に言われました。何か不便を感じました。

    前日に急遽予約して宿泊しました。石和温泉は有名温泉地ですが初めての行ってみました。 ホテルは古さはあるものの、清掃は行き届いていました。 食事もお任せプランでしたが私達には充分な量で美味しかったです。 宿泊客は割と多かったですが大浴場ではほとんど会うことがなく快適でした。

    スタッフの方皆丁寧で親切で大変満足です。ありがとうございました。 子供連れで池の鯉のえさやりを楽しめましたし、その様子を部屋の窓からも見られ、庭側の部屋を選んでよかったです。ネットの写真で派手な装飾にたじろいておりましたが、実際見ると想像以上に素敵でした。ステンドグラスや彩り絨毯、きらびやかなシャンデリア、各階お部屋の入口に趣向をこらし、すべての場所がゆったりと広々で写真以上に実際の方がずっと良かったです。お風呂も広々ゆったり、着いた直後、就寝前、朝食後と3回入りましたがすべて混み合わずくつろげました。 夕食の一部と朝食の多くが作り付けなのか味が濃く残してしまったこと、ワインの銘柄を聞いてもご返答がなく味も期待を越えなかったことが評価５に至らなかった理由ですが、総合的にとてもよく泊まってよかったです。また利用する機会があれば是非利用させていただきたいです。

    先日はお世話になりました。 土日にしては他と比べてもコスパは良かったです、また食事の方も適量でしたの良かったです。

    お部屋がとてもよくゆっくりできました。 お部屋から見える池もよかったです。お部屋のお風呂のシャワーやドライヤーもリファーを使用してよかったです。 また是非伺いたいです。
