チェックイン時のフロントの対応、感じよし。しかしながら、部屋の暖房の効きが最悪。真冬の甲府ということを割り引いても、一晩中全く温まらないのに閉口(30℃設定にも関わらず!)。しかしながら、朝食バイキングは大満足。品数も充実。味もよし。雑煮の用意には感激した。
