Canal Side Hotel Furukawa

This hotel has the most welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. When we first reached, the staff came out to greet us and carry our luggage to the room. She even helped us take photos in front of the hotel. Another staff gave us some heat pads when he saw us going out. Such a wonderful service! The room is clean, big and cosy with a nicely decorated terrace. The location is excellent, right opposite Otaru Canal. We felt very comfortable staying in this hotel. The staff is extremely thoughtful. We love their mascot Canal too, so beautiful and friendly dog. We miss Canal and will return soon. This is the best hotel in Otaru!

年始に温泉宿泊したいと思っていた矢先に良いプランを見つけることが出来ました。とても贅沢で楽しい安らぐ時間を提供していただきました。特に嬉しかったのが甘酒提供です。こちらの甘酒は本当においしい。かわいいカナル君にも会えたし今年はよいことあるかな・・・と思いました。配布されたおみくじ内容はいいことが書かれていませんでしたが・・・笑

お部屋の内装が素敵でした。

7階の運河側のお部屋でした。目の前にライトアップされた運河、倉庫の奥には海まで眺められて、解放感のあるお部屋でとてもリラックス出来ました。 スタッフの皆さんは常に笑顔で声をかけてくださり、お喋りも含め楽しめました。 館内、お風呂場にいろんな工夫がしつらえられており、オリジナルなサービスを感じることができました。特に朝食は最高です。
