Winter Tires [Please read!]: When driving in snowy areas or mountainous areas in other regions, or when leaving for snowy areas (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Koshinetsu, Nikko, Kinugawa, Hokuriku, Chugoku, San-in, and mountainous areas in other regions), please apply separately for winter equipment (studless tires) (charged *free in some areas).

What kind of driver's license is required?: It's depending on the country of license issuance.

Can I drop off my rental car?: It is possible depending on the sales office at the drop-off location. Please check the information of each office. A drop-off fee will be charged.

What is your cancellation policy?: Cancellation fee will be charged from 7 days prior to the date of use.

What should I do in case of an accident?: Please be sure to remember to do all three, as they include important procedures for insurance and compensation coverage. (1) Aid for the Injured First, please provide aid to the injured. After that, immediately move the rental car to a location where it will not interfere with other traffic. (2) Notification and Reporting to the Police Both the injured party and the victim are obligated to report the accident to the police. A certificate of accident will be required at a later date, so please follow the necessary procedures. (3) Contact the Nippon Rent-A-Car Accident Reporting Center Please be sure to contact the Accident Reception Center with your rental car contract (rental certificate) ready.

I will be using the site in the winter.
