How to confirm your Rent-a-Car reservation
Access your Personal Page and confirm your reservation
1. Access your Personal Page
Use the Personal Page link found in your reservation confirmation email
Or
Visit your Personal Page via the Reservation link from the menu in the upper right corner of the header
2. Enter your Booking Number and Confirm Key to sign in to your Personal Page
*You can find your Booking Number and Confirm Key in your reservation confirmation email
3. Your reservation details will display
How to cancel your Rent-a-Car reservation
Cancel your reservation
1. Click the Cancel Reservation link on your Personal Page
2. Click Cancel
3. Review the details and if no issues, click Yes
4. Your reservation will be canceled
