On the day of your rental, you can either come directly to the store or use our airport shuttle service. If you use the airport shuttle service, please use the rental car shuttle bus stop 10A on the first floor of Naha Airport's domestic terminal. Please wait in front of the "Yu-I Rent-A-Car" sign at stop 10A and we will guide you to the shuttle bus as it arrives (approximately every 20 minutes). After returning your rental car, we will also provide transportation to the airport from the store. Please return the car to the airport store approximately 120 minutes before your departure flight. If your arrival flight is not specified, you will need to come directly to the store. Shuttle times are 8:30 AM - 6:45 PM. *The last shuttle to Naha Airport is at 6:45 PM. After arriving at the store, you will be required to verify your driver's license, confirm your reservation details, and make payment. Payment can be made by cash or credit card. *If you have already paid, this step can be omitted. After confirming your reservation details, you will receive your rental certificate and your vehicle will be rented. (Pets (in cages) are not permitted) When using our rental cars, pets, such as dogs and cats, are strictly prohibited from riding in the car. If we discover that pets are riding in the car, we will charge a penalty of 50,000 yen. Thank you for your understanding.
