On the day of rental, you can either come directly to the store or use the airport shuttle service. If you use the airport shuttle service, you can use the shuttle bus from bus stop 10A on the first floor of the domestic terminal at Naha Airport. If you wait in front of the "Yu-I Rental Car" sign at bus stop 10A, we will guide you to the shuttle bus that arrives in sequence. (Approximately every 20 minutes) After returning the rental car, we will also take you to the airport from the store. Please return the car to the airport store approximately 120 minutes before your departure flight. If the arrival flight is not specified, you will be taken directly to the store. The shuttle time is from 8:30 to 18:45. * The last shuttle to Naha Airport is 18:45. After arriving at the store, you will need to check your driver's license, confirm your reservation details, and make payment. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card. * If payment has already been made, this step is omitted. After confirming the reservation details, you will receive a rental certificate and the vehicle will be rented. [Pets not allowed (in cages)] When using our rental cars, it is strictly prohibited to bring pets such as dogs and cats into the car.
