After exiting the arrival gate, proceed straight and cross the connecting bridge (2F). 2. You will see the monorail ticket gate on your right and a down escalator on your left. Take the down escalator down to the 1F. 3. The shuttle area is located near your left after you get off the escalator. *We will pick you up at the shuttle location approximately 5 to 10 minutes after you contact us. If you are unable to bring identification documents such as a health insurance card, social insurance card, or employee/student ID with a photo, please pay the usage fee in a single lump sum using a credit card in your name (excluding debit cards and prepaid cards).
