If using the JAL side arrival gate: Exit the arrival gate and proceed inside the terminal to your right. Once inside the terminal, you will come to a dead end, so go around the outside passage to the right (approximately 90m), then re-enter the terminal and you will find the counter on your right. <International Flight Counter: International Terminal 1st Floor> Exit the arrival gate, turn left, and take the escalator in the back left to the 1st floor. When you get off the escalator, you will see the "Airport Counter" on the left. (Return Information) After returning the product to the store, we will provide a free shuttle to the airport.
