(When rented) After registering at the rental car reception counter in New Chitose Airport, we will provide a free shuttle to the New Chitose Airport store (about 10 minutes by shuttle bus). *Please note that if we do not hear from you more than one hour after the scheduled departure time, your reservation will be cancelled. (When returning) Please return to the store approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes before your departure flight. After returning the vehicle, we will provide a free shuttle to New Chitose Airport (about 10 minutes by shuttle bus). *Store and airport are crowded on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. It will also be even more crowded during long holidays, so please be careful when returning the car.
