(When renting) After arriving at Asahikawa Airport, please proceed to the rental car reception counter at the airport. We will escort you to the Asahikawa Airport store in the order of reception. (When returning) Please return the car to the office approximately one hour before your departure flight. After returning the car, we will provide a free shuttle to the airport. *The journey from the airport counter to the Asahikawa Airport store usually takes approximately 3-4 minutes one way. *The car rental service is very busy on weekends, holidays, and long weekends. Please allow ample time for both departure and return. *To change or cancel your reservation, please process it directly through the Rakuten Travel website. We do not generally accept phone calls at the store. *Please be sure to enter the flight number of your arriving flight. We only accept scheduled arrival flights during business hours. *The vehicle images shown are representative examples of the models we handle (excluding vehicle-specific plans). *Please note that we cannot store your personal car.
