After completing the procedure, we will transfer you to the rental office. (The transfer between the airport terminal and the rental office takes approximately 10-15 minutes one way.) *This may take longer during peak hours. *Departures and returns cannot be made within the airport terminal. *We do not accept reservations for flights outside of business hours. *To find the return office using your car navigation system, please use the map code search function. Please contact us via the direct line at the counter. *After returning your vehicle to the office, we will provide transportation to the airport terminal. Winter Options *If you specify 4WD or snow tires outside of the standard equipment period, an option fee will be charged. *During heavy snowfalls such as when a special heavy snow warning or emergency heavy snow warning is issued, the use of tire chains is mandatory on certain sections of expressways and national highways. In this case, tire chains are required even for snow tires. *The tire chain option is not available nationwide. If you require chains, please prepare them yourself.
