(The Haneda Support Center is located about a 10-minute walk from the Haneda Airport Office towards Otorii Station) Return: After returning it to the office, we will take you to the airport. (Transportation between the airport terminal and the office usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes one way) *When making a reservation, please let us know the airline and flight number. *Due to business reasons, counter staff may be unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the telephone provided at the counter. *When calling our office, we often receive the wrong call to an individual. Please be sure to check the number before calling. ■Notice regarding transportation <Shuttle service hours (7:00-21:30)> It takes about 15 to 30 minutes one way from the airport to the office depending on road congestion. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare. Also, depending on the availability of shuttle vehicles, you may be asked to travel by taxi or train from the airport to the office.
