The second counter is open from 08:00 to 20:00. *For a smooth process, please let us know your flight when making your reservation. *Customers arriving by train should use the second counter. *Terminal counter staff is not permanently stationed. For any other inquiries, please contact the Narita Airport Office directly. Departure: The first one is near the central exit of the central building on the 1st floor, and the second one is near the NR counter on the 1st floor near the north exit No. 2, and then we will pick you up at the sales office. Return: After returning the car to the office, a shuttle will take you to the arrival floor on the 1st floor of Terminals 1 and 2. *Items cannot be returned at the airport.
