Campaign Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all participants of the Central Japan Sale (“Campaign”) as a supplement to other terms and conditions for Rakuten Travel (https://travel.rakuten.com, hereinafter “Rakuten Travel”). The participants are deemed to have agreed to these T&C and other terms and conditions provided by Rakuten Travel when using Rakuten Travel’s website, apps, and/or services.

1. This Campaign offers Central Japan Sale accommodation rate plan discounts ("Offer") as well as a 5% off coupon discount capped at 1,500 JPY (“Coupon”), to be further explained below.
Campaign Period: 10:00 a.m. JST, Dec 22, 2025 – 11:59 p.m. JST, February 28, 2026, unless otherwise stated.
2. The Central Japan Sale accommodation rate plan discounts are auto-applied discounts on bookings for limited accommodation rooms and rate plans.
3. The 5% off coupon is applicable to all participating hotels located in Aichi, Mie, Shizuoka, Gifu, Yamanashi, Niigata, Nagano, Ishikawa, Toyama, and Fukui prefectures on Rakuten Travel.
4. This Coupon is available for use until 11:59 p.m. JST, February 28, 2026 ("Coupon Period").
5. This Coupon is applicable to bookings whose check-out date falls on or before November 30, 2026.
6. This Coupon is available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis and may become unavailable if the entire budget is consumed.
7. This Coupon is applicable for users with a Rakuten membership.
8. Usage of this Coupon is limited to three (3) redemptions per eligible member.
9. This Coupon cannot be combined with the Welcome Coupon.
10. This Offer is available to all users.
11. Price will vary by date, length of stay, accommodations selected, availabilities of rooms, etc., and the displayed price is subject to change at any time. Please confirm the latest price when making a booking.
12. The quantity of this Offer is limited. Rakuten Travel shall not be liable for any unexpected situations encountered during the booking process, including but not limited to website traffic/user peak issues, connection problems, login issues, and other issues that may prevent booking desired accommodations/room types/packages.
13. This Campaign may be terminated or amended without notice.
14. The Campaign Period may be shortened or extended without notice.
15. In case of any dispute, Rakuten Travel reserves the sole binding right of final decision.
16. To the extent permitted by law, Rakuten Travel will not be liable for any consequences that occur, directly or indirectly, in connection with said termination or amendment of this Campaign and/or said shortening or extension of the Campaign Period.
17.
