These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all participants of the Rakuten Special Offer as a supplement to other terms and conditions for Rakuten Travel (https://travel.rakuten.com) (“Rakuten Travel”). The participants are deemed to have agreed to these T&C and other terms and conditions provided by Rakuten Travel when using Rakuten Travel’s website, apps, and/or services.
1. Rakuten Travel offers a 5% Off coupon discount ("Coupon") that is applicable to limited accommodations on Rakuten Travel.
2. This Coupon may be used until 9:59 a.m. JST, April 30, 2025 ("Coupon Period").
3. This Coupon is applicable to bookings whose check-out date falls on or before November 30, 2025.
4. This Coupon is available to all users.
5. This Coupon may not be combined with other exclusive coupons.
6. Rakuten Travel is not responsible for any unforeseen issues that may arise during the booking process that may include, but are not limited to, high site/user traffic, connection issues, login issues, booking confirmation issues, etc.
7. Rakuten Travel shall not be liable for any unexpected situations encountered during the booking process, including but not limited to website traffic/user peak issues, connection problems, login issues, and other issues that may prevent booking desired accommodations/room types/packages.
8. Price will vary by date, length of stay, accommodations selected, availabilities of rooms, etc., and the displayed price is subject to change at any time. Please confirm the latest price when making a booking.
9. This Coupon will be applied to an eligible booking for limited accommodations. Users may not be able to use this Coupon for any accommodations that are not applicable. Please check each accommodation for details.
10. This Coupon may be terminated or amended without notice.
11. The Coupon Period may be shortened or extended without notice.
12. In case of any dispute, Rakuten Travel reserves the sole binding right of final decision.
13. To the extent permitted by law, Rakuten Travel will not be liable for any consequences that occur, directly or indirectly, in connection with said termination or amendment of this Coupon and/or said shortening or extension of the Coupon Period.
14. All information, including personal information, submitted or known to Rakuten Travel and/or its affiliates and partners in connection with this Coupon will only be used in accordance with Rakuten Travel’s Privacy Policy (https://travel.rakuten.com/contents/usa/en-us/information/terms/privacy/).
