These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all participants of the Rakuten Travel's Pick campaign (“Campaign”) as a supplement to other terms and conditions for Rakuten Travel (https://travel.rakuten.com) (“Rakuten Travel”). The participants are deemed to have agreed to these T&C and other terms and conditions provided by Rakuten Travel when using Rakuten Travel’s website, apps, and/or services.
1. This Campaign offers two (2) Rakuten Travel's Pick 15% Off coupons applicable to selected hotels ("Offer").
2. The first Rakuten Travel's Pick 15% Off coupon will be available for limited redemptions from 10:00 a.m. JST, January 23, 2024, to 9:59 a.m. JST, February 27, 2024, on eligible Rakuten Travel's Pick hotels only.
3. The second Rakuten Travel's Pick 15% Off coupon will be available for limited redemptions from 10:00 a.m. JST, February 27, 2024, to 9:59 a.m. JST, March 29, 2024, on eligible Rakuten Travel's Pick hotels only.
4. There will be additional hotels eligible for the second Rakuten Travel's Pick 15% Off coupon.
5. The coupons are applicable to all users.
6. Campaign Period: 10:00 a.m. JST, January 23, 2024–9:59 a.m. JST, March 29, 2024.
7. Stay Period: This Offer is applicable to bookings that fall within the period of January 23, 2024–July 31, 2024 (*check-in date and check-out date shall be included within the Stay Period in the local time of the accommodation).
8. The quantity of each coupon is limited and only available on a first-come, first-served basis. Usage of the coupons is limited to one (1) redemption per Rakuten member per coupon, for a maximum discount of 15,000 JPY per coupon.
9. Price will vary by date, length of stay, accommodations selected, availabilities of rooms, etc., and the displayed price is subject to change at any time. Please confirm the latest price when making a booking.
10. This Offer will be applied to a booking for selected accommodations. Users may not be able to use this Offer for any accommodations that are not subject to this Campaign. Please check each accommodation for details.
11. This Campaign may be terminated or amended without notice.
12. The Campaign Period may be shortened or extended without notice.
13. To the extent permitted by law, Rakuten Travel will not be liable for any consequences that occur, directly or indirectly, in connection with said termination or amendment of this Campaign and/or said shortening or extension of the Campaign Period.
14. All information, including personal information, submitted or known to Rakuten Travel and/or its affiliates and partners in connection with this Campaign will only be used in accordance with Rakuten Travel’s Privacy Policy (https://travel.rakuten.com/contents/usa/en-us/information/terms/privacy/).
