1. This Campaign offers Seasonal Sale accommodation rate plan discounts as well as seven (7) Seasonal Sale-specific coupons to be further explained below (“Offer”).

2. The Seasonal Sale accommodation rate plan discounts are auto-applied discounts on bookings for limited accommodation rooms and plans.
3. The 5% Off Seasonal Sale Coupon is available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis. It is applicable to all* campaign accommodation properties with a maximum discount value of 4,000 JPY.  It can be used on top of the Seasonal Sale accommodation rate plan discounts. Limited to one (1) eligible redemption per user. (*Some accommodation properties may be excluded due to their policies.)
4. The 10% Off Seasonal Sale Coupon is applicable to limited campaign accommodation properties for the first 200 bookings within the time periods specified below, for a maximum discount of 8,000 JPY. It can also be used on top of the Seasonal Sale accommodation rate plan discounts. Limited to one (1) eligible 10% Off Seasonal Sale Coupon redemption per user per time period:

5. The 15% Off Seasonal Sale Coupon is applicable to limited campaign accommodation properties for the first 150 bookings within the time periods specified below, for a maximum discount of 12,000 JPY. It can also be used on top of the Seasonal Sale accommodation rate plan discounts. Limited to one (1) eligible 15% Off Seasonal Sale Coupon redemption per user per time period:

6. The seven (7) Seasonal Sale-specific coupons cannot be applied together in any combination.
7. A Rakuten membership is required in order to claim any of the seven (7) Seasonal Sale-specific coupons.
8. Stay Period: This Offer is applicable to all eligible bookings that fall within the period of January 8, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (*check-in date and check-out date shall be included within the Stay Period in the local time of the accommodation), unless otherwise stated.
9. Rakuten Travel is not responsible for any unforeseen issues that may arise during the booking process that may include, but are not limited to, high site/user traffic, connection issues, login issues, booking confirmation issues, etc.
10. The quantity of this Offer is limited. Rakuten Travel shall not be liable for any unexpected situations encountered during the booking process, including but not limited to website traffic/user peak issues, connection problems, login issues, and other issues that may prevent booking desired accommodations/room types/packages.
11. Price will vary by date, length of stay, accommodations selected, availabilities of rooms, etc., and the displayed price is subject to change at any time. Please confirm the latest price when making a booking.
12. This Offer will be applied to eligible bookings for limited accommodations. Users may not be able to use this Offer for any accommodations that are not subject to this Campaign. Please check each accommodation for details.
13. This Campaign may be terminated or amended without notice.
14. The Campaign Period may be shortened or extended without notice.
15. In case of any dispute, Rakuten Travel reserves the sole binding right of final decision.
16. To the extent permitted by law, Rakuten Travel will not be liable for any consequences that occur, directly or indirectly, in connection with said termination or amendment of this Campaign and/or said shortening or extension of the Campaign Period.
