2. The Super Sale Rate Plan Discounts are applied automatically when booking specified rooms and rate plans.
3. The Super Sale Rate Plan Discounts are available to all users.
4. Stay Period: The Super Sale Rate Plan Discounts are applicable to all eligible bookings that fall within the period of June 4, 2026 to May 31, 2027, unless otherwise stated. Check-in and check-out dates shall be within the Stay Period in the local time of the accommodation.
5. The 10% Off Super Sale Coupon is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is applicable to specified accommodations, for a maximum discount value of 8,000 JPY. It can be combined with the Super Sale Rate Plan Discounts. Limited to one (1) eligible redemption per user. Valid on bookings checking out by May 31, 2027.
6. The 15% Off Super Sale Coupon is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is applicable to specified accommodations, for a maximum discount value of 12,000 JPY. It can be combined with the Super Sale Rate Plan Discounts. Limited to one (1) eligible redemption per user. Valid on bookings checking out by May 31, 2027.
7. The 25% Off Super Sale Coupon is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is applicable to specified accommodations, for a maximum discount value of 20,000 JPY. It can be combined with the Super Sale Rate Plan Discounts. Limited to one (1) eligible redemption per user. Valid on bookings checking out by May 31, 2027.
8. The three (3) Super Sale Coupons cannot be applied together in any combination.
9. Rakuten Travel is not responsible for any unforeseen issues that may arise during the booking process that may include, but are not limited to: high site/user traffic, connection issues, login issues, booking confirmation issues, etc.
10. The total number of coupon redemptions and Rate Plan Discounts are limited. Rakuten Travel shall not be liable for any unexpected situations encountered during the booking process, including but not limited to website traffic/user peak issues, connection problems, login issues, and other issues that may prevent booking desired accommodations/room types/packages.
11. Price will vary by date, length of stay, accommodations selected, availabilities of rooms, etc., and the displayed price is subject to change at any time. Please confirm the latest price when booking.
12. Each Offer may only be applied to eligible bookings for specified accommodations. Users cannot apply the Offers for any accommodations that are not subject to this Promotion. Please check each accommodation for details.
13. This Promotion may be terminated or amended without notice.
14. The Promotion Period may be shortened or extended without notice.
15. In case of any dispute, Rakuten Travel reserves the sole binding right of final decision.
16. To the extent permitted by law, Rakuten Travel will not be liable for any consequences that occur, directly or indirectly, in connection with said termination or amendment of this Promotion and/or said shortening or extension of the Promotion Period.
