If you’re visiting the Nagoya area between late autumn and spring, you won’t want to miss the magical transformation of Nabana no Sato – a popular flower park in Kuwana, Mie Prefecture – that becomes one of Japan’s most spectacular nighttime destinations. Nabana no Sato is about a 40-minute journey from Nagoya. From Nagoya Station, the most convenient path is to walk to Kintetsu-Nagoya Station (about three minutes), then board the Kintetsu-Nagoya Line towards Kintetsu-Nagashima Station (25 minutes). From there, Nabana no Sato is just a short ten-minute bus or taxi ride away.
