Because the fish are carefully hand-caught, they can be kept alive until right before serving. The "Chef’s Choice Banquet Course" using ultra-fresh fish features seasonal fish that change daily, making the menu a surprise for the day. You can enjoy a selection of the head chef's specialties, such as sashimi, grilled dishes, and fried dishes, all crafted to maximize the flavor of the ingredients. Additionally, we offer the regional cuisine "Horokuyaki" associated with the Murakami pirates. This dish, where fish is boldly grilled on a ceramic plate, features a standout charred aroma and juiciness, making it a specialty of Sen'enmatsu highly praised by many guests.
