We highly recommend this to those who are usually familiar with Western food. We deliver seasonal flavors in a kaiseki style while preserving the traditional flavors of Oku-Echizen. ◆Kaiseki cuisine◆ Using local and regional cuisine that is unique to Oku-Echizen, each dish is served with care.
