Japan|Age: 20s|Couple1Posted: 14/02/2023ユニットバスがとにかく下水臭かったです。フロントの男性の対応がとても悪く、お風呂の匂いについてお伺いした歳も謝罪は一切なく、無愛想。エレベーターがないことは承知しておりましたが、「手伝います」と記載しているにもかかわらず声掛けもありませんでした。アメニティはヘアブラシがなくやや不満でした。部屋の照明も暗く、印象が悪い且つ化粧がしづらかったです。
Reply from the propertyお客様が午前中にお預けに来られた荷物をフロントでお預かりをせず当日お泊りの御部屋にお客様に運んで頂いた事とお越しになられたことを夜勤フロントに申し送りをしてなかったことでフロントも困惑した様です。この度はご宿泊を賜ったにも関わらず申し訳ございませんでした。 ブラシはアメニティーでは置いておりません。 フロントにて１５０円で販売しております。 スタジオツインは机が無く折りたたみテーブルになりますので専用の照明がございません、お部屋の照明で物足りない場合はお手数ですがフロントにてデスクスタンドの御貸し出しが可能でございました。 お荷物のお手伝いもご依頼がありましたらお手伝いをいたします。 二日市グリーンホテル フロント係より

レトロなホテルでしたが、きれいに掃除されていたと思います。お風呂や洗面台にカビがあり、シャワーカーテンも薄汚れていたのが気になりました。 なかなか暖房が効かず寒かったのですが、毛布を借りれたのでよかったです。

駐車場無料で立地条件が最高でした！ スタッフの方も気持ちよく、安心して利用できました。 やはり、太宰府天満宮に近いのは最高です。 博多の繁華街は遠いですが、二日市の繁華街も素敵なお店がいっぱいでした！ また、利用させていただきます！ ・・・・・階段でも差引で良いです！
