The dishes are prepared with a focus on local production for local consumption, emphasizing seasonal flavors. Summer menu example: Grilled eggplant, cucumber with French mustard dressing, lemon-simmered carrots with a bay leaf aroma, chilled peach soup, two fish-based main dishes such as white fish in tomato sauce, summer vegetable sides, homemade mint sorbet, and blueberry vanilla ice cream.
