こちらの立地は高山駅の真ん前と言ってもよいほどの好立地！これは便利で楽しめるかも！と宿決定の決め手になりましたが、色々飛び付き決めた後悔がありました。 高山駅前はダメでした。 もう少し離れていても良かったと今思います。 このホテルは、ギチギチに観光地整備された高山駅前。ホテル自体は狭い空間を上手くキレイに改装？建て替え？していますが、駐車場は古いタイプの立駐しか保有していませんでした。これも台数に限りがあり、遅めのチェックインですと、入れないと思います。 高さ制限15,5？までで、実質プリウスタイプまでしか入庫は無理とのことでした。 私の車も少しハイルーフなので入れません。と言われました。(ハイルーフと言ってもRooneyやN-BOX程度。これもダメ) 周辺にも駐車場が点在していますが、三連休なので近場はパンパン。それでもどこかに停めなきゃ泊まれない。。どうしようもなくホテルの真ん前に暫く駐停車し、家族と荷物を先にチェックインと家族を部屋に案内した後、駐車場探しへ出掛けました。 18時過ぎでしたので、お腹空かせた家族が待っているし、暗くなり早く高山駅前を彷徨きたく、フロントで無いと言われましたがダメ元で高山駅並びの1200円/8:00-18:00 200円/30分毎 の駅前青空駐車場の空きを見つけ入りました。ラッキー♪と思いましたが、チェックアウトし駐車場を出る時の駐車場代金は1800円でしたので、安くはないなと感じ残念感がありました。 やはり駐車場代金込み込みプランがいいです。 立地がよいので、18時すぎからでも、夕食へ出掛けられますし、お土産屋さんも全て開店していました。 高山駅前通りは大変近く、徒歩で行き来しやすく、コンビニもありました。 こちらの宿取るときは、早めのチェックインと、ロールーフ車。これで攻略し、高山駅前を楽しめることが分かりました。 風呂は部屋にもバスがありますが、大浴場があります。 私は銭湯好きなので、こちらの大浴場のお湯は温くて入った気になりませんでした。ざんねん。設備は満足です。

駅の目の前にあります。コンビニも至近にあり。飲食店は大手全国チェーン店をはじめとしてそこそこ駅前にもあり、食事場所に困ることはありませんでした。大浴場設備があって快適でした。朝食は温泉旅館のようなちゃんとした和定食で名物朴葉焼もあってたいへん美味しく戴きました。ロビー付近には朴葉味噌の香ばしい香りが漂ってました。中途半端なバイキングより、ちゃんとした定食の方が落ち着いてゆっくり摂れますし、気分もリッチになります。また利用したいと思うホテルでした。
