シャングリラ館にグレードアップしていただきました。 お風呂は素晴らしいのですが、お部屋がやはりかなり古く、エアコンがあまり効かないので夏はとてもあついです。 コンセントが全部遠いです。前回、延長コードをお借りしても1メートルしかないので望むところまで届きませんでしたので、3メートルのコードを持参しました。 枕元の時計が狂っていたのも気になりました。こちらは気づけば改善できるものなので対応いただきたいです。

部屋のユニットバストイレが狭すぎ、便座のサイズとカバーのサイズが違って見苦しい。

部屋から雄阿寒岳や阿寒湖がとても綺麗に見えました。、鹿も見ることができましたし、天空ガーデンスパは最高でした。
