This plan is for lodging only (room only). It is a 1-minute walk from Exit 34 of Odori Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway!! In addition to facilities such as a washer/dryer, which is a feature of Tokyu Stay, we offer rooms filled with the warmth of nature that expresses the essence of Hokkaido. Odori Park, TV Tower, Tanukikoji, and Susukino are all within walking distance, making it a convenient base for business and sightseeing! [Facilities] - All rooms are non-smoking - Internet wired LAN & Wi-fi environment (free) - All rooms equipped with washer/dryer, detergent free [Room facilities] - Washer/dryer - Microwave - Electric kettle - Hair dryer - Safety box - Air purifier with humidifier - Trouser press - Mini kitchen * Deluxe twin only [Access from nearest station] - Sapporo Municipal Subway Toho Line, Namboku Line, Tozai Line "Odori" Station, Exit 34, 1 minute walk [Airport access] - New Chitose Airport, JR Rapid Airport "Sapporo" Station, about 40 minutes [Access from hotel to tourist spots] - Odori Park ... about 5 minutes walk - TV tower ... about 5 minutes walk [Room cleaning] *Please be sure to check* - Towels etc. will be replaced and trash will be collected for up to 6 nights. No room cleaning ・For stays of 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be done once a week *If you would like towels replaced and trash removed, please attach the cleaning magnet on the inside of the guest room door to the hallway side (outside) of the guest room door by 11:00 AM [Guide for guests coming by car] ・Multi-storey parking lot (height limit 1.55m. Width 1.80m or less) 1,800 yen per night for overnight guests *Guests can park their car from 15:00 on the day of check-in. Reservations are not accepted as parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. *If you use the parking lot before check-in or if it is full, we will guide you to a nearby general paid parking lot. The same guidance will be given to cars that exceed the height and width restrictions. We do not have affiliated parking lots. Please note that parking fees vary. *There is no parking lot for motorcycles.
